School Council

We have a very dedicated School Council Team.  
Each class elects 2 pupils each half term.  We have a Chair, a Secretary, a Vice Chair and a Vice Secretary who are permanent members.  We meet every Tuesday.
We make important decisions to make our school a better place.

Our Chair Person for 2009 -2010 is Jack Endersby and Our Secretary is Nicole Stanworth. They do an excellent job and make our weekly meetings run smoothly.

We have already set up an infant buddies system, this involves school council members eating their lunch with the infants and then teaching them playground games at playtimes. It works very well and we all have great fun.

School council are supporting Blue Peter's 'Send A Smile Appeal'.  The children will collect used or new t-shirts to bring into school which will then be turned into surgical gowns.  These will be worn by children in India who are having operations to correct cleft palate.
